Awareness,turned intolasting change.
Four missions for healthier lives, empowered youth, dignity at work and compassion towards animals — each one measured, reported and free for the people it serves.
Why we exist
Most people already know that health, safety and opportunity matter. What changes lives is turning that knowledge into everyday behaviour — and behaviour into culture.
Initiative Mission Foundation was established to do exactly that — in homes, campuses, workplaces and neighbourhoods. We take structured, expert-led programmes to people who rarely have access to them, and we measure what changes.

Our missions
Four missions.
One purpose.
Each mission has a lead, a clear focus and a way of measuring change — and each maps to activities recognised under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.

Led by Reiki KrishanExperience behind the missions
A founding team with decades in public life.

Photographs are from sessions previously led by members of the founding team.
Founding Impact Series · Oct 2026 – Jan 2027
Our first programmes, reported in public.
We are a young foundation, so we would rather show our work than make claims. Every programme is free to participants and ends with a published impact note.
Creating Safe & Respectful Workplaces
POSH awareness for young citizens — a 90-minute public session for final-year students.
Healthy Habits for a Healthier Life
A community awareness camp for residents and senior citizens in Delhi NCR.
Change The Game: Unlock Your Potential
A campus workshop on mindset, habits, goal clarity and career readiness.
Community Dog Care & Vaccination Drive
Run with authorised veterinary partners; the Foundation leads community awareness.
How every programme runs
One method, repeated with discipline.
Six steps, so that every programme leaves behind evidence — not just photographs.
Partner & need
A community partner — an RWA, college, association or NGO — tells us who needs the programme and why.
Board approval
A concept note and budget are approved by the Board before any money is spent.
Baseline
Participants register and complete a short pre-programme assessment.
Delivery
Qualified facilitators run the session. Photographs are taken only with consent.
Measure
A post-programme assessment and feedback capture what actually changed.
Report
A short impact note is published within ten days of every programme.
