Mission Arogyata · आरोग्यता
Better health begins with better everyday choices.
Mission Arogyata takes practical, simple health education to families, residents and senior citizens — how food, movement, sleep, stress and habits shape long-term well-being.

Why it matters
Many lifestyle-related conditions can be delayed or prevented through everyday habits. Yet practical guidance rarely reaches families and senior citizens in a form they can act on. Arogyata closes that gap with clear, friendly, expert-led sessions.
What we do
- Healthy-lifestyle and nutrition awareness
- Obesity and diabetes-risk awareness
- Stress, sleep and well-being
- Women's wellness sessions
- Screening and referral through qualified medical partners
