How we govern
- Every programme and its budget is approved by the Board before it starts.
- A dedicated bank account, and no cash handling beyond documented petty expenses.
- A written conflict-of-interest and related-party policy, with disclosures minuted.
- Mission Leads conduct programmes pro bono; only documented actual expenses are reimbursed.
- A receipt for every donation, and audited annual accounts.
- Participant data collected with consent and used only to measure impact.
A not-for-profit, and only a not-for-profit.
The Foundation is institutionally separate from any commercial organisation associated with its founders — in its accounts, bank account, programmes, branding and decisions. Any collaboration is set out in writing, at arm's length, and approved by the Board.
