Hari Krishan

Founder Director · Lead, Mission Shakti

Hari Krishan

Hari Krishan is a former senior civil servant, leadership facilitator and social-impact professional. An officer of the 1995 batch of the Indian Railway Personnel Service, he spent more than 28 years in Government and the public sector.

He served as Director at the Railway Board, Ministry of Railways; General Manager (HR) at the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India; and Principal Chief Personnel Officer at Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala — a post equivalent to Joint Secretary to the Government of India.

After voluntary retirement he turned to education, capacity building and human transformation, working with ministries, public-sector undertakings, banks and universities. At the Foundation he leads Mission Shakti — workplace dignity, gender sensitisation, POSH awareness and legal literacy.

Savita Krishan

Director · Lead, Mission Arogyata

Savita Krishan

Savita Krishan is a former Government officer who served with the Lok Sabha Secretariat, including at the level of Deputy Secretary, bringing long experience of public institutions.

A naturopath, diabetes educator and life coach, her work spans nutrition, naturopathy and behavioural change. She helps individuals and families understand how food, activity, stress, sleep and habits shape long-term well-being.

At the Foundation she leads Mission Arogyata, with a simple aim: to make preventive-health knowledge simple, accessible and actionable for every family.

Nirek Krishan

Mission Lead · Mission Udaan

Nirek Krishan

Nirek Krishan is an author, speaker and entrepreneur, and the Chief Executive Officer of Life Transformation Academy. He works with students, campuses and companies on one idea: taking initiative.

He is the author of Time to Change the Game Forever, built around seven sequential moves that expand what a person can attempt, and the creator of the Change the Game programme for schools, campuses and workplaces. He studied entrepreneurship through Harvard Business School Online and attended HBS Connext in Boston as its youngest participant.

At the Foundation he leads Mission Udaan, taking structured, outcome-focused programmes to schools, colleges and youth communities.

Reiki Krishan

Mission Lead · Mission Karuna

Reiki Krishan

Reiki Krishan is a professional life coach with a background in psychology and a deep interest in human behaviour, empathy and compassionate living.

He supports young people facing emotional challenges to build self-confidence and resilience, and conducts structured workshops on emotional well-being and stress management.

At the Foundation he leads Mission Karuna — community-dog health, vaccination and sterilisation support through authorised partners, care for injured animals, adoption awareness and education on humane coexistence.
